This SAMSUNGbrand product,as supplied and distdbuted by Samsung ElectronicsAmerica, Inc. (SAMSUNG) and delivered new, in the original carton to the original consumerpurchaser, is warranted bySAMSUNG against manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipfor a limited warranty pedod of:

This limitedwarranty beginson the original date of purchase,and is valid oniy on products purchasedand used in the United States. To receive warranty service, the purchaser mustcontact SAMSUNGfor problemdeterminationand service procedures. Warranty servicecan only be performed by a SAMSUNGauthorized servicecenter. The original dated bill of sale must be presented uponrequest as proof of purchase to SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorized servicecenter. Transportationof the productto and from the servicecenter is the responsibilityof the purchaser.
SAMSUNGwill repair or replace this product,at our option and at no chargeas stipulated herein,with new or reconditioned partsor productsif found to be defective during the limited warranty periodspecified above, All replaced parts and products become the propertyof SAMSUNGand must be returned to SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and products assume the remaining originalwarranty, or ninety (90)days, whichever is longer.
SAMSUNG'sobligations with respect to software products dJstdbutedby SAMSUNG under the SAMSUNG brand nameare set forth in the applicableend user license agreement.
This limitedwarranty coversmanufacturingdefects in materials and workmanshipencountered in normal,and exceptto the extent otherwise expressly providedfor in this statement, noncommercialuse of this product,and shall not applyto the following, including, but not limited to: damagewhich occurs in shipment;delivery and installation; applications and uses for which this productwas not intended;altered product or seriat numbers; cosmeticdamage or exteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; useof products, equipment, systems, utilities,services, parts, supplies,accessories, applications, installations,repairs, externalwiring or connectorsnot supplied and authorized by SAMSUNG,or which damage this product or result in serviceproblems; incorrect electrical line voltage,fluctuations and surges; customer adjustmentsand failure to follow operating instructions,cleaning, maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered and prescribed in the instruction book; productremoval or reinstailation;reception problems and distortion relatedto noise, echo, interferenceor other signal transmissionand delivery problems.
