Card Info
This function shows you the storage information of the memory card, such as used memory space, available memory space, etc.
PRECHECK!
Insert a memory card. page 28
1.Touch the Menu ( ) Setting () tab “Card Info.”
•Used memory space, available memory space, and recordable time appear. Available space and recordable time depend on the video resolution you’ve selected.
2.To exit the menu, touch the Return ( ) tab.

Format
Use this function if you want to delete all fi les completely or to correct problems on the storage media.

1.Touch the Menu ( ) Setting () tab “Format.”
2.Touch “Yes” “Yes.”
• The format is executed and the formatting message appears.

Default Set
• Do not remove the storage media or perform any other operation (such as turning off the power) during formatting. Also, be sure to use the provided AC power adapter to power the camcorder when formatting. The memory card may be corrupted if the battery becomes exhausted during formatting and the formatting process stops before the card is completely formatted.
• If the storage media becomes corrupted, format it again.
• Do not format the storage media on a PC or other device. Make sure to format the storage media
