Groups View

From the Groups list, select a group and then touch

Menu to display these Group-specific options:

•Search: Search the group for a contact.

•Delete groups: Touch one or more groups and touch Delete.

•Edit: Change the Group name or touch Add member to add a new member to this group.

•Add member: Add selected member(s) to this group.

•Remove member: Remove selected member(s) from this group.

•Send email: Touch to select each contact you want to send a group email to. Touch Done, then select the account to use for the email.

•Change order: Changes the order of how the groups display.

Favorites View

From the Favorites list, touch Menu to display these Favorites-specific options:

•Search: Search favorites for a contact.

•Add to favorites to add selected contacts to favorites.

•Remove from favorites: Remove selected contacts from favorites.

•Grid view: View favorites by Photo IDs.

Contacts List View

From the Contacts list, touch Menu to display all or some of these options:

•Backup. Backup contacts.

•Delete contacts. Touch to select each contact you want to delete. Touch Delete.

•Send email: Touch to select each contact you want to send a group email to. Touch Done, then select the account to use for the email.

•History: Displays previous activity information about the selected contact.

•Join contact: Join a contact to one or more other contacts. For more information, refer to “Joining Contacts” on page 47.
