Groups View
From the
Groups
list, select a group and then touch
Menu
to display these Group-specific options:
•Search
: Search the group for a contact.
• Delete groups
: Touch one or more groups and touch
Delete

•Edit
: Change the Group name or touch
Add member
to add a
new member to this group.
•Add member
: Add selected member(s) to this group.
• Remove member
: Remove selected member(s) from
this group.
• Send email
: Touch to select each contact you want to send a
group email to. Touch
Done
, then select the account to use for
the email.
• Change order
: Changes the order of how the groups display.
Favorites View
From the
Favorites
list, touch
Menu
to display
these Favorites-specific options:
•Search
: Search favorites for a contact.
• Add to favorites
to add selected contacts to favorites.
• Remove from favorites
: Remove selected contacts
from favorites.
•Grid view
: View favorites by Photo IDs.
Contacts List View
From the
Contacts
list, touch
Menu
to display all or
some of these options:
•Backup
. Backup contacts.
• Delete contacts
. Touch to select each contact you want to
delete. Touch

• Send email
: Touch to select each contact you want to send a
group email to. Touch

, then select the account to use for
the email.
•History
: Displays previous activity information about the
selected contact.
•Join contact:
Join a contact to one or more other contacts.
