Anynet+What is anynet+?

Anynet+ is a function that enables you to control all connected Samsung devices that support Anynet+ with your Samsung
TV’s remote. The Anynet+ system can be used only with Samsung devices that have the Anynet+ feature. To be sure your
Samsung device has this feature, check if there is an Anynet+ logo on it.
yYou can only control Anynet+ devices using the TV remote control, not the buttons on the TV.
yThe TV remote control may not work under certain conditions. If this occurs, reselect the Anynet+ device.
yThe Anynet+ functions do not operate with other manufacturers’ products.
yFor the method of connecting external devices, refer to the supported user manual.
To connect to Home Theatre
1. Connect the HDMI IN (1(DVI), 2(arC)) jack on the TV and the HDMI OUT jack of the corresponding Anynet+ device using
an HDMI cable.
2. Connect the HDMI IN jack of the home theatre and the HDMI OUT jack of the corresponding Anynet+ device using an
HDMI cable.

Connect the Optical cable betw een the DIGITaL auDIO OuT (OPTICaL) j ack on your TV and the Digital Au dio Input
on the Home Theatre.

When following the connection ab ove, the Optical jack only outputs 2 ch annel audio. You will only hear sound f rom
the Home Theatre’s Front, Left and Right speaker s and the subwoofer. If you want to hear 5.1 channel audio, conne ct
the DIGITaL auDIO OuT (OPTICaL) jack on the DV D / Satellite Box (i.e. Anynet Device 1 or 2) directl y to the
Amplifier or Home Theatre, not the T V.

You can connect only one Home Theatre.

You can connect an Anynet+ device using the HDM I cable. Some HDMI cables may not s upport Anynet+ functions.

Anynet+ works when the AV device supportin g Anynet+ is in the standby or on status.

Anynet+ supports up to 12 AV devices in total. Note that you can conne ct up to 3 devices of the same type.
