• Herethe five settings of channel name, start time,
endtime, date and frequencymode can be set. You
canmove freely between each setting usingthe
or buttons.
•The channel name is set using the or buttonto
displa y the cha nnel whi ch broad casts t he
programme.
•The start time, end time and date areeach set with
the digit buttonson the remote control in 24-hour
format.
• Thefrequency mode determines how often the re-
ceiveroperates this event and is set with the or
buttonto be either Once,Daily, or Weekly.
If an invalidnumber for the start or end times or the
dateis entered, “Entered time is not valid” message
appearson the menu.
Iftimer action occurs while the TVis watched, the TV
switches to the selected channel. When timer ex-
pires, the TV switches to the ch annel which it is
switched from.
Selected digital channel will be output via Scart-2.
Youshould connect your VCR to Scart-2for record-
ingdigital broadcast.

selectedfrom the Language Menu.
