Itis required to subscribe to a pay channelcompany
toviewthe pay channelsof the DigitalTerrestrialbroad-
casting.
Obtainthe ConditionalAccess Module (CAM)and the
Viewingcard by subscribing to a pay channel com-
pany, theninsert those to the Television using the
following procedure.
1.Switch off the TV and unplug from the mains.
2.Insert the CAM,then Viewing Card to the slot that is
locatedin the terminal cover at the left-hand side
of the TV (from front view).
• TheCAM should be correctly inserted, it is impos-
sibleto insert fully if reversed. The CAM or the TV
terminalm aybe damaged if the CAM is forcefully
inserted.
3. Connect the TV to the mains supply, switch
on and then wait for few moments until the
card is activated.
•Some CAMsmay require the followingset up. Please
setthe CAM by entering the IDTV menu, Common
Interfacethen pressing the “OK(SELECT)” button.
(CAM setup menu is not displayed when it is not
required.)
•To see the viewing contract information:
EnterIDTV; pressthe “M” button, thenhighlightCom-
monInterface andpress the “OK(SELECT)”button.
• When no moduleis inserted, “No Common Inter-
face moduledetected” message appears on the
screen.
•Refer to the module instruction manualfor details of
the settings.
