Phase

Dependingon the resolutionand scan frequency that
youinput to the TV Set, you may see a hazy or noisy
picture on thescreen. In such a case you can use
thisitem toget a clear pictureby trial and errormethod.

OtherFeatures

TVStatus

Progra mme Number ,Programme N ame,
Sound Indicator and Zoom M ode are displayed
on the screen when a new programmeis entered or
“ ”button is pressed.

MuteIndicator

It is placed in the upper side of the screen when
enabled.
Tocancel mute, there are two alternatives; the first
oneis pressing the button and the second one is
increasingthe volume level.

PIPand PAP modes

Pressthe “ ”button to switch to PIP mode.
AtPIP Mode, a smallpicture (PIP picture) is displayed
onthe main picture. There are 1 sizeand 4 positions
(upperleft, upper right, bottom left and bottomright)
availablefor the PIP window.Youc an use button
to changethe PIP position. Aspect Ratio of the PIP
windowis fixed and 4:3.
WhenPIP Mode is entered, the defaultactive window
is PIP windowand the active windowis indicated by
a whiteframe around it. Theactive window can be
changed by pressing
/
button. The status info
OSDbelongs to active window.The place of the sta-
tus OSDs aresame for both windows.
Pressthe “ ”button again to exit thePIP mode.
Pressthe “ ” button to switch to PAPmode.
At PAPMode, two pictures with equalsizes are dis-
playedon the screen. Aspect Ratios of thewindows
are fixed.
When youswitch to PAP Mode, Main window in PIP
Modeis displayed onthe right side of the screen. The
active window can be changed by pressing
/
button.
Pressthe “ ” button again to exitthe PAP mode.
NOTE:In all HDMI modes, Pip and PAPare not vis-
ible. InYPbPr 1080i , Pip is not visible.

PAT

InPAT(Picture and Text)mode, picture is splitted into
twoand text is displayed near the main picture.
