Recording Your Name for a Pre-RecordedAnnouncement
You can use a pre-recorded announcement with or without
your name.If you record your name, your phone uses your
name recording to announce that you are not available to
answer the call.
To record your name:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools/Extras.
3. Select Voice Services().
4. Select Screen Call().
5. Select Announcement.
6. Highlight Pre-Recordedand press Edit(right softke y).
7. Highlight Record Nameand press .
If your name has already been recorded,select Yes
or Noto overwrite the existing recording.
8. Press to start the first recording.
9. Press to stop recording.
10. After the first recording,press again to start the
second recording.
11. Press to stop recording.
Tip:Recording terminates automatically in 12 seconds.
