Sending a Fax by Automatic Dialing

Speed Dialing

Speed Dialing can be used to dial any number that has been stored as a Speed Dial number.

1 Load the document(s).

	RESOLUTION/
• If desired, press	RECEPTION MODE
• If desired, press	to set the

resolution and/or contrast.

2 Press and then enter the 2-digit Speed Dial number.

• For example, to enter Speed Dial number 19, press 1

3 Check the display. If the name or number shown is correct, press

START	STOP
. (If not, press	and repeat Step 2.)

•If the transmission is completed successfully, the machine will beep once.

•If an error occurs, the machine will beep three times and print a Transaction Report to inform you of the problem (see page 87).
