Delete from the directory
• Press / or MENU/SELECT three times to ente r the directory.
• Press or to scroll to the desired entry and then press ME NU/
SELECT.
To delete an entry
• Press rEMovE.
• The screen displays DE LETED and you’ll hear a conrmation beep (if
KEy ToNE is on).
To delete all entries
• Press and hold rEM ovE.
• The screen displays D ELETE aLL? Press MENU/SELECT.
• The screen displays DE LETED and you’ll hear a conrmation beep (if
KEy ToNE is on).
Press and ho ld oFF/CLEar to exit the menu if you do not want to
delete all the entries.

Edit an entry in the directory
• Press / or MENU/SELECT three times to ente r the directory.
• Press or toscrol l to the desired entry or use the al phabeticalto scroll to the desire d entry or use th e alphabetical
search to nd the number. Press MENU/SEL ECT.
• The screen displays ENTEr NUMBEr. Use rEMovE and the keypadthe keypad
to edit the number and presspress MENU/SELECT.
• The screen displays ENTE r NaME. Use rEMovE and the keypad to
edit the name and then press MENU/ SELECT.
• The screen displays S TorED and you’ll hear a conrmation beep
(if KEy ToNE is on).
