Privacy: The same features that make a cordless telephone convenient create some limitations. Telephone calls are transmitted between the telephone base and
the cordless handset by radio waves, so there is a possibility that the cordless telephone conversations could be intercepted by radio receiving equipment within
range of the cordless handse t. For this reason, you s hould not think of cor dless telephone c onversations as bei ng as private as those o n corded telephon es.
Electrical Power: The telephone base of this cordless telephon e must be connected to a working electrical outlet. The electric al outlet should not be controlled
by a wall switch. Calls cannot be mad e from the cordless h andset if the telep hone base is unplug ged or switched off, o r if the electrica l power is interrupted .
Potential Tv Interf erence: Some c ordless telepho nes operate at fre quencies that may cause interfere nce to televisio ns and VCRs. To minimize o r prevent
such interference, do not place the telephone base of the cordle ss telephone near or on top of a TV or VCR. If interference is experienced, moving the cor dless
telephone farther away from th e TV or VCR will often red uce or eliminate the i nterference.

The manufacturer of thi s VTech Product wa rrants to the ho lder of a valid proof of purcha se (“Consumer ” or “you”) t hat the Product and all access ories provided
in the sales p ackage (“Pr oduct”) are free f rom defects in materi al and wor kmanship, p ursuant to the followi ng terms and conditi ons, when installed and used
normally and in accordan ce with the Produ ct operating ins tructions. Thi s limited warrant y extends only to t he Consumer for Pr oducts purchas ed and used in the
United States of America and Can ada.
what will vTech do if the Produc t is not free from def ects in materia ls and workmanshi p during the limite d warranty perio d (“Materiall y Defective Prod uct”)?
During the limited warranty period, VTech’s authorized service representative will repair or replace at VTech’s option, without charge, a Materially Defective Product. If
we repair the Product, we may use new or refurbished replacement parts. If we choose to replace the Product, we may replace it with a new or refurbished Product of
the same or similar design. We will retain defective parts, modules, or equipment. Repair or replacement of the Product, at VTech’s option, is your exclusive remedy.
VTech will return repaired or repl acement Product s to you in working cond ition. You should expec t the repair or replac ement to take approxim ately 30 days.
How long is the limited warra nty period?
The limited warranty period for the Produc t extends for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase. If VTech repairs or repl aces a Materially Defecti ve Product under
the terms of this limited warranty, this l imited warranty als o applies to repaired or re placement Produc t for a period of either (a) 90 days from t he date the repaired
or replacement Product is shi pped to you or (b) the time re maining on the orig inal one-year warran ty; whichever is lon ger.
what is not covered by this limit ed warranty?
This limited warranty does no t cover:
1. Produc t that has been subjecte d to misuse, accident, s hipping or o ther physical damage, impr oper installa tion, abnorma l operation or handling, neglect,
inundation, re, water or other liq uid intrusion; or
2. Produc t that has been damage d due to repair, alteratio n or modication by a nyone other than an auth orized service r epresentative of V Tech; or
3. Produc t to the extent that the p roblem experienc ed is caused by signa l conditions, net work reliabilit y, or cable or antenna syste ms; or
