Alarm:
Activate alarm with §ON§ ¢J (enter
start time of thealarm before the appoint-
ment) ¢§Change§ (select Minutes, Hours,
Days).
Reoccurrence:
Select a timeframe for repeating the
appointment: No, Daily, Weekly, Monthly,
Annual.
Enter a parameter for repeating: Forever,
Until, Occurrences (number).
If Weekly is selected, certain weekdays can
be highlighted.
Alarm
When the set date and time are reached
there is an audible and a visual alarm.
Alarm type Memo/Meeting: the text is
shown in the display.
Alarm type Call: The phone number is dis-
played and can be dialled immediately.
Alarm type Birthday and Anniversary: you
will be notified one day before the event
and on the birthday/ anniversary itself.
Press §Pause§. The alarm stops for
5minutes. Press §Off§ to stop the alarm.
Notes
§Menu§ ¢ç ¢Notes
T9 support (p.12) makes writing short
notes such as shopping lists easier. Save
confidential notes with the phone code
(p.26). Please note that with the aid of
suitable programs it is possible for confi-
dential notes to be read from the phone
when connected to a PC.
