Step by Step
Answering a callback request
Precondition: A callback request has been saved.
The telephone rings. The Cancel Callback message in-
forms you that this is a callback.
nLift the handset. You hear ringing tone.
or Press the key. The lamp lights up. You hear ringing tone.
You are in speakerphone mode (only available with
optiPoint 420 standard).
Rejecting a callback request
The telephone rings. The Cancel Callback message in-
forms you that this is a callback.
:Confirm.
or Let the telephone ring four times; do not answer the
call.
Checking/cancelling saved callback requests
Precondition: You have saved callback requests.
> :Select and confirm.
The oldest entry is displayed first.
> :Select and confirm to view further entries.
Canceling an entry that is displayed:
> :Select and confirm.
Ending:
Press the key. The lamp goes out.
