Step by Step
Precondition: You have created a "Destination dial
number" page 75.
Press key. The lamp lights up.
:Confirm.

poss. Has the destination dial number been created in the
optiPoint self labelling key module, the level shift key
pressed several times, in order to select the level (level
1 ... 4).
(Only available with optiPoint 420 standard).
Press the desired destination dial key.
Enter number and determine inscription
:Confirm.
pEnter number.

:Confirm. Your entries are saved.
:Confirm.
The entered destination number is displayed as a key in-
scription (e. g. NA 5412).
or
> :Select and confirm.
The name assigned to the destination number is dis-
played as key inscription, if the name is assigned in the
HiPath 4000 (e. g. NA Jones).
or
> :Select and confirm.
Select and acknowledge to enter a name of your choice
(e. g. Jack Jones). For further information see
page 118.
or Enter number with automatic call-back (example)

If you press this key when a call is in progress, a
call-back operation is executed immediately. The
first caller waits and the number of the stored
destination party is dialled.
