Quais as vantagens do forno Microondas

No fogão convencional o calor radiado pelas resistências ou queimadores de gás penetra lentamente nos alimentos de fora para dentro. Existe por isso uma grande perda de energia no aquecimento do ar, componentes do forno e recipientes.
