When watching TV, set the TV to video input.

Note

If “CENTER SP” is set to “CENTER NO” in the AMP menu (page 92), sound is output from the front left and right speakers.

Enjoying TV or VCR Sound From the Speaker System

You can enjoy the sound from connected equipment through the speakers of this system. Be sure to connect your TV or other equipment correctly.

1 Press DVD "/1 to turn on the recorder.

2 Press AMP "/1 to turn on the speaker system.

If “FM” or “AM” appears on the centre unit display, press DVD on the remote to display “DVD.”

3 Press INPUT SELECT repeatedly to select an input source according to the connection you made.

The front panel display of the recorder changes as follows:

Note

When you listen to the TV sound or stereo sound of a 2 channel source from the six speakers, select “PRO LOGIC” or “PLII MUSIC/MOVIE.”
