Trouble viewing web pages

Images do not appear.

cCheck the item “Image Display” on the Network Options screen.

Some or all of the web pages do not appear.

cA web page made with software such as Macromedia Flash may not be compatible with the browser of your camcorder.

cThe web page made with JavaScript and Java Applets cannot be executed with incompatible commands.

It takes some time to load the web page.

cThe web page may be busy. Try connecting through another provider or access point or connect during off-peak times.

The web page is not loaded.

cWhen entering its URL

Check that the address is correct. (For example, did you enter “0” or “O”, “-”or “_” ?)

cWhen accessing through a bookmark or page memo

The address may have been changed or the link structure of the web site may have been modified. If the link structure is modified, follow the address to its source. (For example, when you cannot access “http://www.sony.co.jp/xxxx/”, then try to access “http://www.sony.co.jp/”.)

The web page cannot be displayed.

cThe item “Cookie” may not be checked. Check the item “Cookie” on the Network Options screen (p. 42).

The cookie is not saved.

cExit the network function, the cookie will be deleted.

The message “DNS Error The Requested URL Could Not Be Found” appears and the web page is not displayed.

cThe item “DNS” may not be set correctly. Check the setup of the PPP screen or LAN screen.

cThe item “Proxy” may not be set correctly. Check the setup of the Browser screen.
