Troubleshooting
Troubles about receiving a still image–
The message “Bluetooth Authentication Error” appears, and you cannot receive a still image.
cThe authentication time limit (30 seconds) is over.
cYou did not enter the correct passkey.
cThe connected device disconnects or ends the connection.
cThe passkey you entered is wrong. Enter the correct passkey.
The message “Bluetooth Communication Disconnected” or “Error Receiving” appears, and you cannot send a still image.
cThe connected Bluetooth device is turned off.
cThe Bluetooth device is too far from your camcorder.
cThe radio waves between your camcorder and the connected device were blocked.
cThe connected device disconnects or ends the connection.
cThe “Memory Stick” does not have enough capacity.
cThe sent still image is not a JPG or JPEG file.
cThe sent still image file is too large.
The message “Bluetooth connection Timeout” appears.
cIf your camcorder does not receive any requests from the connected device for five minutes, the connection is disconnected or the camera becomes
No request from the connected device.
cThe device you want to connect with your camcorder is connected to other device. Disconnect the connection and connect the device with your camcorder.
cThe time limit was exceeded. Set your camcorder to connection standby again.
The received still image cannot be played back.
cYour camcorder may not be able to play back incompatible JPEG files or files recorded by other devices properly.
cThe still image is corrupted.
The index screen becomes blue.
cThe received files do not have thumbnails.
