Using the zoom feature

Each time you press , the display changes in the following order.

•For a detailed description of the indicators, see page 122.

•For a detailed description of the histogram, see page 51.

•You can extend the battery remaining time by turning off the LCD backlight.

•When shooting/viewing movies, the status of the LCD screen changes as follows: Indicators on t Indicators off t LCD backlight off

•This setting is maintained even when the power is turned off.
