The recording image view looks different.

The recording image view may look diflL.rent depending on the condition of your camcorder. This is not a malfunction.

You cannot record a smooth

transition on a tape from the last recorded scene to the next.

Do not remove the cassette (The picture

will be recorded continuously without a break even when you turn the power off).

Do not record pictures in the HDV and DV formats on the sanle tape.

Do not record pictures in SP mode and LP mode on Ihe sanle tape. DV

When [QUICK REC] is set to [ONI, you

cannot record a smooth transition (p. 61).

HDV1080i

The flash does not work.

You cannot use the flash during tape recording.

Even if auto flash or (_ (Auto redeye

reduction) is selected, you cannot use the internal flash with:

[TWlLIGHT], [CANDLE], [S UNRSE SUNSET], [FIREWORKS], [LANDSCAPE], [SPOTLIGHT], [BEACH] or [SNOW] of [SCENE SELECT]

[SPOT MTR.FCS]

[SPOT METER]

[MANUAL] of [EXPOSURE]

[END SEARCH] does not work.

Do not eject the cassette aflcr recording (p. 32).

There is nothing recorded on the cassette.

There is a blank section hetween recorded

sections of the tape. This is not a malfunction.
