Adjusting the white
balance (WHITE
BALANCE)
Mode dial: /S/A/M/SCN/
Normally,the white b alance is
automaticallyadjusted (AUTO). When
yourecord with the shooting condition
fixedor unde r the specific lighting
condition, you can manually adjust the
white balance.
To shoot in one-push white
balance mode
1Select[ONE PUSH]. The
indicatorappears.
2Shoota w hite object such as paper
fullunder the same situation you
willshoot.
3Pressv.
The indicator flashes quickly.
Whenthe white balance has been
adjustedand stored in the memory,
theindicator stops flashing.
To reactivate auto adjustment
Select[AUTO] with v/Vin step 3.
Notes
•Select[AUTO] when shooting with
fluorescentlighting.
•The indicatormeans :
Slowflashing: white balance i s not set or
wasnot able to be set.
Quickflashing: white balance is being
adjusted(after you press v).
