What is initialization?

Theinitialization is required to record images on a disc.

Incase that you have executedthe finalization (page 32) using thecamera to view

imageson a CD-ROM drive, the initialization is automatically executed.You can

continuouslyrecord images. Whenexecuting the finalization usinga computer or

otherequipment, execute the initialization to record new images.Images recorded

beforefinalization will remain on the disc.

Tip

Youcan also execute the initialization using [ ](DISC TOOL) in the setup sett ings

(page84).
