Labeling a disc during stop
1 Insert a disc.
To label a disc that is already in the recorder, press xto stop.
2 Press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more.
3 Turn the control towards .or towards N>until “EDIT” flashes in the display, and then press x.
“
: Name” flashes in the display.
4 Press x.
5 Press the control towards .or towards N>to select a letter and press xto enter.
The selected letter stops flashing and the cursor moves to the next input position.

6 Repeat step 5 and enter all characters of the label name.
To cancel labeling, press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more.
7 Keep pressing the xfor 2 seconds or more.
The track or disc is labeled.
Labeling a track during playback
1 Insert a disc and play the track you want to label.
2 Press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more.
3 Turn the control towards .or towards N>until “EDIT” flashes in the display, and then press x.
“
: Name” flashes in the display.
