Managing Voice Memos

You can use your phone’sVoice Services to record brief memos to remind you of importantevents, phone numbers, or grocery listitems.

Tip: If you haven’t signed up for the Sprint PCS Ready Link service and Sprint PCS Ready Link mode is set to Disable, or the Sprint PCS Ready Link

service is locked, you can use the Ready Link/Memo Button ( ) as a Voice Memo button in standby mode.

Recording Voice Memos

To record a voice memo:

1.Select >Tools>VoiceServices>VoiceMemo>Record or Record:Speaker.

Press , and then select Recordor Record:Speaker.

2.Start recording after the beep.

Toendtherecordingofyourmemo:

Press , , or .

Tip: To record in speakerphone mode, press and hold in standby mode.

Torecordtheotherparty’svoiceduringaphonecall:

1.Press Options (right softkey) >Tools>VoiceServices> VoiceMemo>Record.

2.Start recording after the beep.

Toendtherecordingduringaphonecall:

Press or while recording.

– or –

Press to stop recording and disconnect the call. Recording also stops when the other party hangs up the call.

Call recording is disabled while you are roaming in analog service areas.
