Rebooting the System

Rebooting the System

After verifying the adapter installation, use the boot -rcommand to perform a reconfiguration boot on your system.

ok boot -r

The reconfiguration boot attaches the driver to the adapter. You can now configure the driver parameters for your Sun PCI-Express Dual Gigabit Ethernet adapter.

Installing the ExpressModule Adapter

The following instructions describe the basic tasks required to install the adapter. Refer to your system installation or service manual for detailed ExpressModule adapter installation instructions.
