HAC Power Cord

When all connections have been made, plug the AC power cord into an AC wall socket.

ICooling fan

The fan turns on only when temperature inside the unit becomes high. Do not touch the fan when it is hot.

The fan emits audible noise when turning.

Before Going On

Once a connection with the TV or monitor has been made, you need to set the following settings. Otherwise, distorted images or no picture at all would appear on the TV screen.

COLOUR SYSTEM

You have to select the colour system to match your TV. When all the connections have been made, turn the DVD player and the connected TV on.

If your TV is NTSC, press the PAL/NTSC button repeatedly until NTSC appears on the TV screen.

The default setting is PAL.

PAL:

Select PAL when a PAL TV (European standard) is connected.

NTSC:

Select NTSC when an NTSC TV is connected.
