SureFoot probe tip. The SureFoot tip isan

integralprobe tip and miniature guide that

enablesfault -freeprobing of fine-pitch SMD

packages.

Attach SureFoot tipsthe same way as the push-in

probe tips.Three models of SureFoot tips are

includedwith the probe and can be used with any

of the socketedaccessory leads.

SF501. The orange SureFoot tip iscompatible

with 50 milJEDEC packages such as SOIC,

PLCC,CLCC, and so on.
