Accessory Description

SMA-to-probe tip adapter.Use the adapter to

connectthe probe to SMA cables. The adapter

includesa 50 -ohmSMA terminator.

IEEE1394 Adapter.The IEEE1394 Adapter

allowsyou to probe signals on the bus, external

to system enclosures, without disturbing system

operation. The adapter maintainsa balanced

55-ohm signalpath and can be used in both

single-endedand differential modes.

TekConnectinterface calibration fixture. The

calibrationfixture is required when a performance

verificationor adjustment is done on the probe. It

providesconnectors and test points for internal

probe measurements.

shippedw ithoscilloscopes featuring the
