Chapitre 9 : Test et réglage de brûler

Réglage de flamme (au besoin):

Le brûleur tube utilisé avec les appareils Thermador© sont dotés de système d'obturateur d'air semblables

àl'illustration, figure 15, et peut être réglé à l'aide de la méthode suivante (à moins que le réglage ne soit pas recommandé). Il est nécessaire de retirer le brûleurûleur de l'appareil afin d'effectuer les réglages d'obturateur d'air.

Dévisser les vis d'obturateur et tourner l'obturateur à la nouvelle position.

Régler l'obturateur en position plus fermée si la flamme est soulevée ou instable ou si elle n'enveloppe.

Régler l'obturateur en position plus ouverte si la flamme est trop jaune (voir figure 15).

Serrer la vis d'obturateur

Après le réglage, réinstaller le brûleur et vérifier la flamme. L'obturateur d'air doit s'ajuster sur l'orifice pour un fonctionnement approprié du brûleur.

Répéter la marche à suivre jusqu'à ce que les caractéristiques de la flamme soient acceptables (voir figure 14).

WARNING

Les réglages de brûleurs doivent être effectués par un technicien qualifié. Un mauvais réglage peut causer des émanations nocives ou annuler la garantie de l'appareil.

Laisser les brûleurs refroidir avant de les enlever !

Communiquer avec Thermador® si :

1.Un brûleur ne s’allume pas.

2.Si un brûleur continue de brûler jaune.
