MAINTENANCE

GREASING CASTER FRAME PIVOT POINTS

Locate the grease zerks on the caster frame as shown. Inject Lithium-Complex Extreme Pressure grease conforming to NLGI2-ISO 320 specifications into each zerk until grease begins to protrude from ends. Grease daily or every 8 hours of service.

BALL VALVES

The ball valve at the hydraulic reservoir may need to be closed during certain maintenance or repair procedures. THE BALL VALVES MUST BE OPEN (handle parallel with valve) WHEN TRACTOR IS RE-STARTED OR PUMP IS COUPLED TO MOTOR OR P.T.O. ! Failure to do so may result in component failure!
