11.1 Cleaning the Media Sensor
1. Turn off the power and unplug the printer.
2. Open the Front Cover, Side Cover, and Upper Unit.
3. Wipe the Reflective Media Sensor with a soft dry cloth to remove dirt or paper particles.
4. Draw the Transmissive Media Edge Sensor frontward. Wipe the opening of the Transmissive
Media Edge Sensor to remove dirt or paper particles.
