Using the computer for the first time

1Click Start, Printers and Faxes.The Printers and Faxes window appears.2Click Add a Printer.The Add Printer Wizard appearsSample Add Printer Wizard3Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer.

TECHNICAL NOTE: Some printers require a specific installation process. In this case, the Windows® XP Professional Add Printer Wizard will display an error message. If this happens, refer to your printer installation guide for further instructions.
