2. SETTING THE DATE AND TIME

With the digital keys, dates and times of the copier‘s internal clock can easily be set consistent with the current date and time.

1 Press the PROGRAM key to enter the Programme menu. Press the Next key and then the DATE/TIME key.

2	Key in the last two numbers of the year
	and press	.
	Example: 1999	→ 9 + 9 +
	2003	→ 0 + 3 +

3	Key in the month (1~12) and press	.
3	Example: April → 0 + 4 +
