Make sure you use a password you can remember easily. If you forget the User and Supervisor passwords, you will not be able to use the computer. Contact a TOSHIBA Authorized Service Provider for assistance.

To register a password for the power-on password functions:

1Click the TOSHIBA Assist icon on the desktop.

2On the left side, select Secure.

3Select the User Password icon.

4Click Set.

5Type your password in the Input box.

6Retype your password in the Input again box.

7Click Set.

8Click OK.
