Optional Devices

Optional devices can expand the computer's capabilities and its versatility. This chapter describes connection or installation of the following devices, which are available from your TOSHIBA dealer:

ExpressCard

The computer is equipped with a expansion slot that can accommodate or one ExpressCard.

The ExpressCard expansion slot can accommodate two standard module formats; anExpressCard/34 module and an ExpressCard/54 module. An ExpressCard module is a small, modular add-in card technology based on PCI Express and Universal Serial Bus (USB) interfaces.
