4.5 Memory module
Removing the Memory module
To remove the memory module, make sure the computer is in boot mode and powered off,
follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-4.
CAUTION: The power must be turned off when you remove/insert the memory module.
Removing/inserting a memory module with the power on might damage the
module or the computer itself.
Never press hard or bend the memory module.
1. Turn over the computer.
2. Loosen the screw (with e-ring) fixing the memory slot cover.
3. Slide your finger under the memory slot cover and lift it up to remove.
4. Press the latches outward and remove the memory module.
