The front panel of the TL-WA830RE consists of several LED indicators, which is designed to indicate connections. View from left to right, Table 1-1describes the LEDs on the front panel of the device.

Power	Off	No Power
	On		Power on
	Off	The device has a system error
System	On		The device is initialising
	Flashing	The device is working properly
	Off		There is no device linked to the corresponding port
LAN	On		There is a device linked to the corresponding port but no activity
	Flashing	There is an active device linked to the corresponding port
WLAN	Off		The Wireless function is disabled
	Flashing		The Wireless function is enabled
	On		The Range Extender has connected the Router successfully
Range Extender	Flashing		The Range Extender is connecting the Router
	Off		The Range Extender has not connected any Router yet
