About Tasks

Use Tasks to keep track of things you need to do. You can use categories to help you organize your tasks and set reminders for them.

A variety of task information can be displayed on the Today screen.

If you use Outlook on your PC, you can synchronize tasks between your device and PC.

Synchronizing Tasks

Tasks stored on your device can be synchronized with Outlook on your PC. Task synchronization is automatically selected in ActiveSync.

New items entered on one computer are copied to the other during synchronization. Handwritten notes and drawings are saved as metafiles (pictures).
