| 1 | Ensure that all the cards are fully inserted and secure. |

| 2 | Ensure that the AC power cord is plugged in. |
|
|

| 3 | Ensure the front panel power LED is on. |

| To power down the Vanguard 3400 Series, unplug the power supply AC power cord | ||
