USING YOUR CAMERA AS A PC CAMERA
With your camera in PC mode, you can use it with the supplied Visioneer Digital Camera Utility software to create videos and snapshots directly on your computer.
Note: To use your camera as a PC camera, you must install the software from the CD and setup your camera as new hardware on your computer. See page 38 and page 40 for details.
To connect your camera:
1.Connect the small connector of the USB cable to the USB port on the camera. See “Back View” on page 6 for the position of the USB port on the camera.
2.Connect the large end of the USB cable to an empty USB slot on your computer. To locate a USB slot, look for the USB icon next to the connection slot. 
3.Turn on the camera with the Mode dial set to PC. 
Note: Before switching to and from PC mode, disconnect the USB cable from your camera.
