Reassign a speed dial number

1.Press MENU/SELECT when the handset is not in use.

2.Press 5.Press MENU/SELECT to choose >Change SD. or Delete a speed dial entry to scroll to >Directory and then press

MENU/SELECT.

3.Press Manual background or Manual background to scroll to >Speed dial, then press

MENU/SELECT.

4.Press Manual background or Manual background to select a desired speed dial location, then press MENU/SELECT.

5.Press MENU/SELECT to choose >Change SD.

6.Press MENU/SELECT and then the screen displays

Copy from Directory...

7.Press Manual background or Manual background to select a desired directory entry.

-OR-

Use the dialing keys to start an alphabetical search (see page 34).

8.Press MENU/SELECT to save. You hear a confirmation tone.

Delete a speed dial entry

1.Press MENU/SELECT when the handset is not in use.

2.Press Manual background or Manual background to scroll to >Directory and then press

MENU/SELECT.

3.Press Manual background or Manual background to scroll to >Speed dial, then press

MENU/SELECT.

4.Press Manual background or Manual background to select a desired speed dial location.

5.Press MUTE/DELETE to clear the speed dial location.

-OR-

Press MENU/SELECT twice. Press Manual background or Manual background to scroll to >Clear SD, then press MENU/SELECT. The screen displays Speed dial empty. You hear a confirmation tone.
