To send usage profile reports using email, the MaiLinX must be properly set up using "MaiLinX Alerts" on page 3-11.

1.Enter your printer’s IP address into the browser to connect to the printer using CentreWare IS.

2.Click Jobs.

3.Click Usage Profile.

4.Enter the desired email address in the Send to Specific Address field.

5.Click Send Usage Profile Report.
