Suggested Solution

∙ Remove print head and then remove ink cartridges. Check to see if they are empty. Check the ink output and pin hole vents on the individual cartridges. Reinsert cartridges, making sure you hear a click, then reinstall print head.

∙ If necessary, contact the Xerox Customer Support Center.
