1.Partes Garantizadas

La cobertura bajo esta garantia se extiende _nicamente alas partes listadas abajo (par- tes de los sistemas de control de emisionas) hasta la extensibn que astas partas fuemn presentadas en el motor comprado.

2.Duracidn de la Cobertura

Sears garantiza al propietario inicial y a ca- da comprador subsecuente que las Partas

Garantizadas estardn fibres de defectos en

materiales y mano de obra la cual haya oca- sionado fallas de las Partes Garantizadas

por un periodo de dos argosa partir de la fe- cha en que es entregado el motor a un comprador detallista.

3.Sin Costo

La reparaci6n o cambio de cualquier Parte GamntJzada se Ilevar8 a cabo sin costo al-

guno para el propietario, incluyendo la labor

de diagnbstico la cual conduce a la determi- naci6n de que esa Parte Garantizada es de- fectuosa, si el trabajo de diagn6stico es reaJizado en un Centro de Servicio Autoriza- do Sears. Para servicio de garantia de emi- siones contacte su Centro de Servicio Autorizado Sears m_s cercano listado en

las "P_tginas Amarillas" bajo "Motores, Gasolina", "Motoras a Gasolina", "Mdquinas

Cortac6sped" o en una categor_a similar.

4.Reclamos y Exclusionas de la Cobertura Los reclamos de la garantia se completardn de acuerdo con las provisiones de la P61iza de Garantia del Motor Sears. La cobertura de la garantia estar& excluida para fallas de las Partes Garantizadas las cualas no sean partes originalas Sears o por abuso, negli- gencia o mantenimiento incorrecto segdn se establece en la P61iza de Garantia del

Motor Sears. Sears no se hace responsable de cubrirfallas de Partes Garantizadas oca-

sionadas par el uso de adici6n de partas, partas no-originalas o partes modificadas.

5.Mantenimiento

Cualquier parte garantizada la cual no ast_ pmgramada para cambio aJ realizar el mantenimiento requerido o la coal est6 pro- gramada dnicamente para una inspecci6n regular por el efecto de "repare o cambie si es necesario" se garantizard pot defectos durante el peHodo de la garantia. Cualquier Parte Garantizada la cuaJest_ programada para cambio por el mantenimiento requeddo se garantizar& t_nicamente por defectos du- rante el periodo de tiempo hasta el primer cambio programado para esa parte. Cual- quiet repuasto que sea equivalente en das- empe_o y durabilidad puede ser usado al Ilevar a cabo toda tarea de mantenimiento o

reparaci6n. El propietario es responsable de la realizacidn de todo el mantenimiento

requerido, segt_n se define en las Instruccio- nes de Mantenimiento y Operaci6n Sears.

6.Cobertura Consecuente

La cobertura aqui establecida se extender& hasta la falla de cualquiera de los compo- nentas del motor ocasionada por la falla de cualquier Parte Garantizada que atin se en- cuentre bajo garantia.
