Verifying for a USB port After you install the Kodak Driver Software, check for the presence of a USB port.

Select USB Test.

The USB verification tool will check your operating system and hardware capability to determine if you need to install the USB card.

If a functioning USB 2.0 port is present, the following window will be displayed. Click OK and proceed with the next section.

If your PC does not have a USB 2.0 port installed the following window will be displayed, you should install a USB 2.0 Accessory card.

If you get any message other than either of the messages above, see the section entitled, “USB connection issues” in Chapter 6 Troubleshooting.
