4. Press F10 for the Phonebook to activate your changes.

Deleting a Phonebook entry

Follow this procedure to delete an entry:

1.Use the arrow keys to highlight the entry to delete.

2.Press Delete.

A confirmation screen appears.

3.Do one of the following:

·Press Enter to verify deletion of this entry.

·Press Esc to cancel the deletion and return to the Fax Phonebook screen.

Broadcast fax

A broadcast fax allows you to send a fax to multiple recipients in your Phonebook. The fax software offers two ways to send a broadcast fax:

·Select an individual entry in the Phonebook

·Use the Group Phonebook.

NNote: To use this feature, a memory-resident PSFAXQ.COM program must be loaded before loading PSFAX. If you chose automatic loading during installation, PSFAXQ.COM loads automatically before PSFAX.COM at the time your computer boots. If you did not chose automatic loading, you must run PSFAXQ.COM before PSFAX.COM in order to use the fax software broadcast features.

Using the Phonebook to broadcast a fax

Follow this procedure to use the phonebook to send a broadcast fax:

1.Press F2 from the Fax Pop-up menu to display the Phonebook.

2.Highlight the entry you want to include in the broadcast fax and press the Spacebar or Ctrl+Enter to select the entry. A triangular mark appears to the left of each entry selected.

To deselect a marked entry, highlight the entry and press Spacebar or Ctrl+Enter.

3.When all the recipients are selected for the broadcast fax, press F10 to return to the Fax Pop-up menu.

A message appears indicating the number of recipients you selected.

4.End the fax. A fax copy is delivered to each recipient selected.
