TROUBLESHOOTING

Fax Queue is not the most recently installed memory resident

program. Unload the most recently installed utility first.

PSFAXQ.COM must be the last memory resident program loaded in order to be unloaded using the PSFAXQ/U command. If not, try unloading more recently loaded programs and then try issuing the PSFAXQ/U command again. If you cannot unload more recently loaded programs, you must reboot without the PSFAXQ command in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file to remove PSFAXQ.COM from memory.

Fax Queue encountered an error releasing its memory segment

while unloading.

You will need to reboot without PSFAXQ in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file if you need to unload PSFAXQ.

Fax Queue is unloaded.

Unrecognized command:

The Fax Queue command line switches are:

/e release environment space when loading Fax Queue /h show this help screen

/u unload the resident Fax Queue

The message indicates you tried to use a command line switch that PSFAXQ.COM does not recognize. Only the above switches are recognized.

Fax Queue cannot located the home directory. You can put the PSFAX directory in your PATH statement, or use the SET PSFAX= command before loading PSFAX to solve this problem.

For example:

SET PSFAX = C:\PSFAX

PSFAX

Fax Queue can't load because the configuration file PSFAX.CFG is missing in the PSFAX directory. You can run INSTALL to create a new PSFAX.CFG file.
