ADMINISTERING THE FAX SOFTWARE

A menu appears as follows:

4.Specify the time to send the fax job (during the next 24 hours) by selecting Hour and typing the desired value.

5.Repeat step 4 for the Minute value.

6.Press the down arrow key to highlight Time of Day (A/P) and press A for AM or P for PM.

7.When the correct time is set, press Enter to return to the Fax Queue screen.

8.Pres Esc to return to the Fax Manager opening menu.

Viewing the list of recipients of a delayed broadcast fax job

Follow these steps to view the list of recipients of a delayed broadcast fax job:

1.Select the job on the Fax Queue screen.

2.Press Enter.

3.Select Display Broadcast Fax Job.

4.Press Enter.

A list of the recipients that have been selected to receive the broadcast fax appears.

If you want to change the list of recipients for a broadcast fax, delete the job from the fax queue and set up the broadcast again with the recipients you want included.

Printing an activity log

An activity log lists recent faxes sent by your printer.

Follow these steps to print an activity log:

1.Choose Print Fax Activity Report in the Fax Manager screen.

2.Press Enter.

The Fax Activity Log prints from the default tray and paper size.
