Pause

This button lets you pause the print job. You can pause printing, for example, to delete the print job from the print manager. If this selection is displayed in gray, the option is not currently available.

Resume

The Resume button lets you continue the print job you have just paused or to begin again after recovering from an error. If this selection is displayed in gray, the option is not currently available.

Delete

This button will delete the current print job. You must always pause the print job before you delete it. You can also delete a stopped print job. For example, you can delete a job that has stopped when the printer ran out of paper. If this selection is displayed in gray, the option is not currently available.
