￿Flows control: Set Flow Control function is “enable” or “disable” in Full Duplex mode

￿MaxFrame(1518 ~ 9600): The Maximum Frame Size that in Bytes fro frames received on the port. Tagged frames are allowed to be 4 Bytes longer than the Maximum Frame Size
